How Much Does Working with Monica Cost?

The cost for this 8-week program is $2000/CAD. I’ve chosen this duration because it allows for trust-building, rapport development and daily skill integration. Based on experience, weekly one-on-one sessions have shown the best results.

  • Parents and/or guardians are welcomed to join the session, if they feel inclined to. I encourage this to be decided between both teen and parent prior to the session. As individuals become more comfortable, a 1:1 is encouraged as it allows for a safe space to be created between coach and teen, where challenges can be addressed without worrying about parental approval.

  • This depends on each individual and how committed they are to their personal growth. The more action steps taken by the individual, the quicker the results will be seen. As a coach, this is why I have chosen to offer a program with a specific duration so that we can truly uncover what is holding the individual back from moving forward.

  • A discovery call is booked first to introduce the concept of coaching and to answer any questions that the parent and/or young adult may have. This helps the coach better understand if the program is the right fit for the individual. From here, a program application can be filled out to begin the process.
